DELIVERY AND SHIPPING COSTS
We ship your goods to a delivery address within Germany Deutsche Post AG - DHL. We also send the tea to a packing station or post office.
Shipping
Parcel delivery of the garden furniture is based on the weight and dimensions of the parcel. The shipping costs are included in the price.
The shipping costs for tea and Garden furniture are free within Germany.
Please note:
Even if you use your right of return or cancellation, the shipping cost for returning goods or retour is your own responsible.
DELIVERY TIMES
Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, the garden furniture will be delivered domestically (Germany) of approx. 2 weeks. You will receive tea that we can deliver by parcel service within approx - 5 working days after the conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different types (garden furniture and tea), we will send the goods in separate shipments. In this case, the delivery times are determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

When paying by credit card, your credit card account will be debited when the goods are shipped.
